For some reason a couple months ago the boys got stuck on the idea of gingerbread men and have been asking ever since if we can make them. So, today I earned major brownie points by making them and then Dennis, Colin, Evan and I decorated them after dinner. Evan's eyes were huge when he came home and saw them cooling on the counter, he said, "I love these gingerbread mens Mommy!"! We had a great time! Of course being in a family of boys. We couldn't just have cute little gingerbread men with nice smiles. Nope, we have The Joker and Hulk and a one eyed, one arm, one leg gingerbread man. If you were wondering, that wasn't just the little boys in the house, in fact Dennis was the one with the bright idea to make the gingerbread men super heros. If you see a normal one in the picture chances are it was mine!
Colin and Logan were great today as I dragged them around town running errands. The Christmas season is as exhausting as it is fun!
